Representing the Pelican State, our 2026 USA Ambassador Preteen, Henley Rogridue, is passionate about spreading kindness across generations and around the world. Through her platform, Thank You for Being a Friend, she visits her local nursing home to play bingo and create holiday cards for residents, while also raising money to support local animal shelters. She loves bringing her friends along to serve others and seeing them become just as excited to give back.

One of the things Henley loves most about USA Ambassador is the opportunity to make friends, serve others, and grow through new experiences. She especially appreciates the SLICC values of Success through Leadership, Integrity, Character, and Confidence, which she sees as a meaningful guide for life.

A seventh-grade student at St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School, Henley dreams of becoming a hair and makeup artist so she can help others feel as confident as she does when she gets ready. Outside of school and service, she is a competitive dancer, enjoys golf, and is a proud big sister who considers being a good example for her younger siblings one of her greatest accomplishments.

Confident, compassionate, and courageous, Henley brings plenty of personality wherever she goes—including an unexpected talent for calling a goat and having one "talk" right back!

Her accomplishments at the 2026 USA Ambassador National Pageant also included national wins in Runway, Glamour Photogenic, State Wear, and Overall Evening Gown.
