USA Ambassador

Rules & Regulations

Contestant must be a naturally born female and reside, go to school or hold property in the state in which she is competing on the date of the state and/or national pageant.

  • Contestant must be 4 years of age and no older than 6 years of age as of July 1st, 2026

  • Contestant must be 7 years of age and no older than 9 years of age as of July 1st, 2026

  • Contestant must be 10 years of age and no older than 12 years of age as of July 1st, 2026

  • Contestant must be 13 years of age and no older than 15 years of age as of July 1st, 2026

  • Contestant must be 16 years of age and no older than 18 years of age as of July 1st, 2026

  • Contestant must be 19 years of age and no older than 25 years of age as of July 1st, 2026, and has never been married nor have children

  • Contestant must be 26 years of age and older as of July 1st, 2026.*

    *Contestants who are under 26 and have been married previously or have children will compete in our Ms. division.

  • Contestant must be 19 years of age and older as of July 1st, 2026, and is currently married

❖ Character & Conduct

  • Contestant and/or contestant's parents (if under 18) affirm that she is and will continue to be a person of good character.

  • Contestant, her supporters, guests, and visitors must conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner at all times during the state and national events.

  • Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated and may result in immediate disqualification and removal without refund.

  • Contestant agrees not to slander the U.S.A. Ambassador Pageant, its directors, judges, volunteers, or affiliated individuals or organizations.

❖ Competition Rules

  • National winners may not compete in another U.S.A. Ambassador Pageant until they have aged into a new division.

  • Contestant and legal guardians agree to abide by all eligibility requirements and affirm that all provided information is true.

  • An original birth certificate must be provided upon request to verify age and gender.

  • The U.S.A. Ambassador Pageant reserves the right to change pageant dates or venues and to refuse any entry into the National Pageant.

❖ Event Policies

  • NO videography or photography is allowed at events unless otherwise announced.

  • One adult is permitted in the dressing room for Princess & Jr. Preteen divisions. They will be issued a wristband for access.

  • No boys or men are permitted in dressing rooms at any time. No exceptions.

  • Contestants of legal age are asked not to smoke in public areas.

  • Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited for underage contestants.

  • Drugs are not allowed – period.

❖ Participation Requirements

  • All contestants selected as State/Regional or Appointed Titleholders are required to attend Nationals with all fees paid.

  • If a titleholder is unable to attend Nationals, all fees remain due in full, and the crown and banner must be returned to the national office.

  • All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Failure to follow all rules will result in disqualification. Parents will be contacted, and the contestant will be sent home without refund.
